We purchased two of these chairs and placed them in our office lobby. They look fantastic.
The arm rests seem a little low as the elbows of my short arms don't reach the rests. Nonetheless, the cushion is the perfect combination of firm yet cushy.
The assembly instructions could have been clearer. Numbers ranging from 2-8 gave us the impression the assembly should be done in a certain order but that wasn't confirmed in any way. Plus, the placement of washers is a little different for the arms and if you aren't keenly observant you'll miss it. It was worth the effort, though, as these two chairs really add class and charm to our lobby.
