    I purchased this chair and ottoman for my living room. It arrived quickly and in excellent condition (was well packed/boxed). It is large enough to be truly comfortable yet small enough to not overwhelm smaller spaces. Its classic lines/shape compliments a wide variety of decor and the dark chocolate leather is just lovely - and so far extremely durable.

    It is definitely on the firm side. Had I test-driven it in a store (the "3-minute sit") I might have by-passed it; however, I'm finding that the firmness provides wonderful ergonomic support. This is a truly comfortable chair!

    So far it is proving to be wonderfully pet-proof as well.

    It is a great value, especially for the price! The only "con" I have found is that I may have a heck of a time finding a sofa that's as great a bargain, and as comfortable.

This is the first time I purchased furniture from the web, it was a mistake, I should have shopped in a store where I could actually see and feel product.
